Mr. Millard Lowry, Jr,

who passed away January 22, 2004.

Mr. Lowry served his country as a United States officer for twenty-seven years and attained the rank of Chief Warrant Officer Three (CW3). Since his retirement, he served as a United Methodist Missionary in the South Carolina Conference and as Executive Director of Native American Interfaith Ministries (The Healing Lodge). He believed that people deserve second chances and that helping those who have fallen is the only way to improve and unite our communities together.

He will be missed by all!!!
